Note that we offer our services at a sliding scale, and are always willing to discuss trade and barter, in order to better reach any person seeking support.
Initial Breast/Chestfeeding Home Visit
This service is for you if you are feeling overwhelmed or concerned about your feeding routine. I will visit you in your home and support you with your concerns and worries about feeding. I will assess your current feeding routine, lactation, and even baby’s suckling. From there, we will work on positioning and latching techniques to make feeding comfortable for all of you. I will then create a care plan that accounts for your feeding goals and works with your family’s needs. Allow about 90 minutes for this calm and thorough appointment.

Follow-up Breast/Chestfeeding Home Visit
Once we have met for an initial breast/chestfeeding appointment, we can schedule follow-up visits to keep your feeding goals on target. Follow-up appointments allow us to track your progress, and we will work together to adjust your care plan to meet your feeding goals. This also allows you to continue learning about your and your baby’s needs and abilities. Allow about one hour for this appointment.

Breast Pump & Expression Consultation
This consultation is for you if you are feeling apprehensive or overwhelmed by your milk expression routine. I will meet with you in person, and we will go over your concerns and questions regarding milk expression. I will conduct a full assessment of your expression routine, including a physical assessment. We may discuss and try using various flanges or accessories as needed to maximize your routine and milk expression output. From there, I will craft a care plan around your routine that works best for your needs, as well as works to maximize your collection. Allow about one hour for this appointment.

- Flange sizing for pump use, including use of multiple styles as needed

This service is perfect if you are concerned about:

- Pain or discomfort while expressing
- New to milk expression
- Planning to express for your return to work or change in feeding routine
Prenatal Consultation
This is a prenatal consultation to discuss the essentials of lactation and early infant feeding. We will meet in person to go over any concerns or questions you have and discuss any health concerns that may affect your lactation or feeding experience. From there, we will create a care plan to support your initial feeding goals. Allow about one hour for this appointment.
